What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

When you visit the site

We count visits so we know whether anyone is finding us. We record the page, the site that linked you, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. We do not store your IP address, and the identifier used to tell one visitor from another is replaced every night, so we cannot recognize you from one day to the next.

When you use the app

Once you are signed in we record which parts of the product you open, and milestones such as creating a formula or finishing a run. This is linked to your account and we use it to understand how the product is used and where it gets in the way.

What is never measured

None of this includes what you enter into the product. Your formulas, ingredients, notes and orders are stored so that the product works at all, and they play no part in anything described on this page. We do not follow you around other websites, and we do not sell or share any of this for advertising.

How long we keep it

Individual page visits are deleted after 30 days and milestones after about a year. After that only daily totals remain, which cannot be traced back to anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deleting your account removes the link between you and anything we recorded, and we can unlink your usage data on request while you keep the account.

Other services

Everything described above stays on our own servers. It is not sent to any analytics or advertising company. Running the product does rely on a few outside providers: payment processing, email delivery, and the optional AI features. Some of them operate outside the EU.
