Yes: open the run and choose Revert completion. The run reopens, any stock it consumed returns to inventory, and its booked output comes back out. Details in completing a run.

Every ingredient carries a weighted average cost built from your real deliveries, with order fees folded in as landed cost. Formulas and runs price from it.

Where do the prices in my formulas come from?

From each ingredient’s average cost once it has costed deliveries; before that, from its latest vendor offer price. An ingredient with neither makes the formula uncostable until you record a delivery.

Does BatchDash work for cosmetics, or just food?

Both. Ingredient records carry INCI-relevant compliance fields, shelf life supports period-after-opening, and checkpoints handle things like pH limits. See compliance, allergens and INCI.

What happens when I reach my plan’s quota?

You’re asked to upgrade before adding more of that thing (recipes, ingredients, seats…). Nothing you already created is touched: existing data stays and keeps working. Plans and quotas are covered in billing and plans.

Yes. Each organization is a separate workspace with its own inventory, recipes and billing; switch between them from the picker in the top bar. See create your organization.

From Manage organization, invite by email and pick a role: owner, admin, member or reader. Readers can look but not touch. Details in members, roles and invitations.

Yes. Your workspace is yours: only the members you invite can see it, and roles let you keep sensitive actions to admins. You can export your inventory to CSV whenever you want.
